In the midst of the madness I'm going to have to return my dealer line to my former boss, even though she said it was fine if I want to keep it for a few weeks. I know I would put it off and forget about it… and the next thing you know I would already have brought it to NY with me and it would be a pain to get it back to them.
Oh, and it didn't have long distance. That wouldn't work.
I bought the phone rather quickly, from the first store that I went to -- very rare for me to ever make a decision that fast!
However, as I do with every single purchase, I've debated about returning it and buying a new one. Not that I have had any problems with it at all, but because I might want a bigger screen and I might want a larger color lcd on the outside. And, since it is a brand new model, there are all the what-ifs floating around my head because I don't know if it is one with any known issues. Lol. Yeah, welcome to my head.
Anyway, it's a Sanyo and that's what I wanted.
I was originally going to shell out the extra money for the 7400 but I realized that I really shouldn't spend that much on it. Besides, the only reason why that phone is so expensive is because of the camera, camcorder, and streaming multimedia functions -- all of which I wouldn't use. I just knew that it was a very solid, reliable phone... and yes, the changeable faceplates were something that I was looking forward to.
The model that I ended up buying comes in a bunch of colors, but I definitely think that the ‘graphite’ (c'mon, just say that it's black) looks the best. There's no way that I would buy it in ‘champagne rose’ or ‘blue ice’ because I know that I would regret that. ‘Deep forest green’ and ‘satin red’ are not available yet, but they would be in the same boat. Forget it, I'm not going to commit to a color. Especially when it makes the phone look like a child's toy. Silver would have been ok. But the black looks a little better. Hey, after having obsolete phones for 5 years and selling all the pretty ones, I can be a little picky.
The only thing annoying about it is the tiny slit of a window on the exterior that lights up orange. Oh well. It’s been a good phone so far.
And it has Tetris. :)
Anyway, if you had my old pcs #, contact me for my new one.
Or, you can call my old one for now and the voicemail will tell you my new #... that method will only work for a couple of weeks.
